Ranch-Style Noodles with Ham

Nothing goes better together than ham and vegetables. At least that’s what you’ll think until you try them with ranch and sour cream.

Ingredients
12 oz | No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles |
1/4 cup | butter or margarine |
1 pkg (16 oz) | frozen mixed vegetables or country-style blend of carrots, corn and green beans |
2 cups | cooked ham, cubed |
1 cup | sour cream or light sour cream |
1 cup | ranch dressing |
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add vegetables and cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add ham and cook, stirring frequently, until ham cubes are hot, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and ranch dressing. Cook, over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is melted, smooth and hot.
- Pour hot noodles into a serving bowl. Pour vegetables and ham mixture over noodles.
- Toss to combine.
Tips
If a thinner sauce is desired, stir in 1/4 cup milk. If desired, add 1/2 cup chopped onion to butter and vegetables. Cook as directed.
