This Polish comfort food made with noodles, cabbage, and kielbasa requires little ingredients and time, but is loaded with flavor the family will love!

Ingredients
12 oz | No Yolks® Dumplings |
1 Tbsp | butter |
1/2 | head of cabbage, shredded |
2 | onions, sliced |
2 Tbsps | vegetable oil |
2 Tbsps | butter |
1 lb | kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½ inch pieces salt and ground black pepper, to taste |
1 tsp | caraway seed, optional |
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and toss with 1 tablespoon butter. Set aside.
- In large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions until soft. Add cabbage, kielbasa, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until cabbage begins to soften (about 10 minutes).
- Remove cover, add kielbasa and cook stirring until liquid is almost evaporated and kielbasa is heated through. Add noodles and toss together.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and caraway seeds stirring until butter melts, about 2 minutes.
