Ingredients
12oz | No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles |
2 Tbsps | extra virgin olive oil |
2 | garlic cloves, minced |
3/4 cup | heavy cream |
3/4 cup | low sodium chicken broth |
1/2 cup | shredded Parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | shredded Provolone cheese |
1/2 cup | shredded Asiago cheese |
coarse salt | |
freshly ground black pepper | |
chopped parlsey (for garnish) |
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water, and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add heavy cream, chicken broth, and a splash of cooking water. Add cooked noodles and toss with tongs until noodles are fully coated and liquid is simmering.
- Remove from heat and add cheese. Toss constantly, adding more cooking water until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
