Ingredients
2 cups | No Yolks® Broad Noodles |
1 | roasted red pepper, cut into strips |
6 1/2 oz | marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1/4 cup | Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped |
1/2 cup | cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 1/2 Tbsps | reduced-fat Italian salad dressing |
1/8 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | ground black pepper |
2 oz | sliced salami, cut into strips |
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
- Place noodles in large serving bowl. Add roasted pepper strips, artichoke hearts, olives and tomatoes. Toss gently but well.
- Add dressing, salt and pepper. Toss again. Arrange salami strips over salad.
